Independent Contractor Model
At this time, Dust & Beyond Cleaning partners with independent subcontractors rather than employees.
This means cleaners operate as independent professionals who provide cleaning services for Dust & Beyond clients.
As a subcontractor, cleaners are responsible for managing their own taxes and maintaining their own insurance coverage.
Dust & Beyond provides:

Requirements
To work with Dust & Beyond Cleaning, applicants must:
• have reliable transportation
• be able to work independently and responsibly
• maintain a high level of cleaning quality and attention to detail
• carry their own liability insurance (or be willing to obtain it)
• provide a recent criminal background check before starting work
These requirements are necessary to meet our insurance and client safety standards.
If selected for the next step in the process, we will ask you to provide proof of insurance and a background check before beginning work.
Eco-Friendly Cleaning Standards
All cleaners working with Dust & Beyond are trained to use our eco-friendly cleaning products and systems.
The use of harsh chemicals or outside cleaning products is not permitted when servicing Dust & Beyond clients.
