Dust & Beyond is a communications platform designed to connect individuals seeking cleaning services with those providing them. Although we vet our service providers through third-party background checks, we do not guarantee their reliability, quality, or suitability. Use common sense and caution when dealing with individuals you do not know. You agree to release Dust & Beyond from any liability that may arise from such interactions.

User Representations and Warranties

By using our Site or Services, you affirm that:

You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
You will only use the Site and Services for lawful purposes.
You will not use the Services to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

Referrals and Hiring

We invest significant time and resources in recruiting and training our service providers. By using our services, you agree not to hire any Dust & Beyond referred cleaner independently without paying a one-time referral fee of $3,000. This fee is due immediately upon personal employment, regardless of service frequency or type.

License Grant and Use Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Site and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Sell, transfer, or sublicense the Service or Software.
Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works.
Launch automated systems that harm or burden the platform.
Violate any laws using the platform or software.

Payment Terms

All fees are due immediately upon service completion. Refunds are at the discretion of our Customer Service team. Pricing on the website is subject to change and may not reflect real-time rates. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. By using the Site, you agree to resolve any disputes exclusively through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta.
